“Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001 — section 67A, 71and 60(3)(b)— provisions of Section 67A convey that Board so constituted is a temporary arrangement till new board is elected. —-Thus to be stated the Registrar was not obliged to hear the members of Board so appointed under Section 67-A of the Act before reconstituting the Board nor duty bound to explain as to why he reconstitutes the committee. “
